Paying By Check
We offer credit card
payment (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) for both membership
dues and to register for our programs. To use one of these
cards to join the chapter,
click here. To use your
credit card to register for our next program,
click here.
If our automated
credit card process doesn't meet your needs, you can still pay your
membership dues or meeting registration fees by check. We
gladly accept checks payable in US dollars.
Please use one of the following files

suggest you save the file to your computer to use it.

top of the form.

be a member of APTi or a national APT organization to qualify for
membership in the APT eChapter.
