YOUR ECHAPTER NEEDS YOU!
There are openings for:
Treasurer (Keeping us on the straight and narrow and in the black)
VP of Programs (Finding great topics and speakers)
VP of Communications (Getting the word out)
VP of Membership (Ensuring members are well served)
Blog Coordinator (Appointed) (Recruiting and/or writing blog entries)
Experience and/or prior involvement in the organizational aspects of the eChapter, APT or one of the 12 or more APTi-equivalent organizations such as BAPT, NZAPT, etc. at the chapter, regional, national, or international level is a plus but not mandatory.
Whether you want to step up for one of these, nominate another member, or have questions about these or other ways to get involved in guiding the eChapter, please contact Immediate Past President Mary Charles Blakebrough (mcbreakthrough@mindspring.com) preferably by December 15.
Having been a founding Member- at-large and VP of Festivities for several years, I can tell you that you will have fun, learn a lot and refresh your commitment to this wonderful thing we call the type community!

Thanks for getting the word out. We have great things planned for 2011 and look forward to a new board of directors for next year made up of those completing their current terms and new people so that the board is roughly half and half newcomers and “veterans.”
