eChapter dues are only $25 a year, and all eChapter members must be APTi members in good standing.

Note: Joining and Renewing your eChapter membership just got Easier! The APTi web site’s Join / Renew process has changed to a more familiar web site shopping cart model. Rejoice, for gone is the elusive checkbox for the eChapter. Now the APT eChapter is a selection in its own right!
The basic process for online Join / Renew is shown below (more granular details to follow when we receive them):
Please read these instructions fully before logging in below. (Tip: You may wish to print this page before logging in.)
Step One:
Register with the APTi web site (if you have not already done so).
- If you do not have an id and password set up with the APTi web site already, you must first register at www.aptinternational.org. This id and password are different from what you use to access the eChapter web site.
- You can initiate the registration process by clicking on “Login” on the menu at the left side of the screen (see image below).
- At the Login screen, click on “New Visitor Registration.”
- Next, enter the email address you prefer to use as your user id on the APTi site in the box provided (see image below), and click on “Go” to continue through the new user registration process.
Step Two:
Login to the APTi site.
- Once registered with the APTi site, you must login to www.aptinternational.org in order to Join or Renew your APTi and / or APT eChapter membership.
- Select “Login” from the main menu on the left side of the home page (as above) and then enter the id and password you have selected for use on the APTi site (remember: this is separate from your eChapter site id and password).
- Click on “Go” to continue.
- If you reach this step without registering first, you will be directed by the site to do so.
- If you are registered but have forgotten your password, enter your email address and click on “Forgot your Password?” and it will be emailed to you.
Step Three:
Join or Renew with APTi and / or the eChapter, as needed.
- Once you have logged in to the APTi site, click on “Onilne Store” from the menu on the left side of the screen as shown.
- You are now at the Online Store, where you can Join or Renew. Note: there are no longer separate options for Joining vs. Renewing membership. You simply add to your shopping cart and pay, so it is important to keep track of your anniversary dates.
- Just click on the item you would like, eChapter Membership for example, remembering that if you are not yet a member of APTi, you must join APTi first. You may renew both simultaneously, but you may not join the eChapter and APTi at the same time unless you join by phone.
- If you are currently a member of APTi, your expiration date will display next to your name. If you are not a current member of APTi, the site will not allow you to add the eChapter to your shopping cart, so make sure to check your APTi status first and then Join/Renew if needed.
- Please note that your new effective start and end dates are displayed at this point. eChapter renewals are due on the anniversary date of payment.

You will then click “Add to Cart.” The shopping cart with eChapter Membership will look like this:
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout,” and continue on to make your payment.
- And Welcome aboard!
